Direct Email Contact
When you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Purpose: to reply to your enquiry.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — you initiated contact and expect a reply.
Retention: messages and associated contact details are kept for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
Website Analytics / Server Logs
Our web server automatically records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
Purpose: security monitoring and diagnosing technical problems.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: server logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the processors listed below, to the minimum extent necessary:
- Website developer/maintenance () — may access server logs for technical troubleshooting under a confidentiality obligation.
All processors are contractually bound to use data only as instructed and to keep it secure.
